We discuss halal preferences, certification requirements, no-pork or no-alcohol needs, prayer timing, nearby prayer-space information and privacy preferences before confirmation. Specific restaurant certification, mosque access, prayer space and opening hours are checked for your dates rather than assumed.

Can you guarantee certified halal restaurants?

We check the actual route and dates before making any commitment. Tell us whether certification is essential; your written confirmation will state the dining basis and any verified restaurant information.

Is the Great Wall suitable for older travelers?

Often yes, when the section, start time, cable-car option, rest points and walking expectations are reviewed honestly in advance. The Wall still includes uneven ground and steps, so the route should be matched to the group rather than assumed.

Are lunch and dinner included?

They are not included unless your written quotation says otherwise. Your guide may recommend and reserve suitable places after your dietary requirements are checked; meal costs are paid directly unless included in the booking confirmation.

Are there compulsory shopping stops?

No. Restaurants and shopping venues are not selected to generate commission, and this tour has no compulsory shopping stops.

When is my private China tour booking confirmed?

Your booking becomes binding only after the written travel contract and booking terms are accepted, the required initial payment is received in cleared funds, and AVIORA confirms the booking and relevant supplier arrangements in writing.

What payment and cancellation terms apply?

Your written proposal or booking confirmation states the currency, payment schedule, due dates, change conditions and cancellation schedule before you commit. Some hotels, transport tickets and special experiences may become non-refundable once booked or issued.
