A more considered way to travel China.

Elegimos AVIORA después de hablar con varias agencias porque fue la única que realmente quiso entender cómo queríamos viajar. No buscábamos simplemente una lista de ciudades y monumentos. Queríamos hoteles de alto nivel, transporte privado, buenos restaurantes y, sobre todo, tiempo suficiente para disfrutar. Eso fue exactamente lo que recibimos. Los hoteles eran elegantes y muy cómodos, y en varias ciudades tenían una ubicación excelente para salir a cenar o caminar por nuestra cuenta. Durante el día teníamos guía y coche privado, pero nunca sentimos que todo estuviera cronometrado al minuto. Lo que más valoramos fue la combinación de lujo y autenticidad. AVIORA nos permitió disfrutar de una China muy local sin renunciar al confort.

Wir haben uns für AVIORA entschieden, weil wir China privat und komfortabel erleben wollten. Schon in der Planungsphase hatte ich das Gefühl, dass nicht einfach ein bestehendes Programm verkauft wurde. Man hat uns nach unserem Reisetempo, unseren Hotelvorlieben und unseren Prioritäten gefragt. Das Ergebnis war entsprechend persönlich. Die Hotels waren hochwertig, ruhig und sehr gut gelegen. Das private Fahrzeug machte längere Strecken deutlich angenehmer, und unser Guide war fachlich sehr stark, gleichzeitig aber locker und humorvoll. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Mischung aus bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten und lokalen Erlebnissen. Wir hatten nie das Gefühl, nur eine Liste abzuarbeiten.

Nous avons choisi AVIORA parce que nous voulions découvrir la Chine avec un certain niveau de confort, mais sans vivre une expérience entièrement standardisée. Dès les premiers échanges, ils nous ont demandé comment nous aimions voyager, quels hôtels nous appréciions, quel rythme nous convenait et ce que nous voulions éviter. Le résultat était très personnel. Les hôtels étaient élégants, confortables et surtout très bien situés. La voiture privée nous permettait de voyager sans stress, et notre guide apportait une vraie profondeur culturelle aux visites. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les expériences locales, qui donnaient au voyage une dimension beaucoup plus authentique.

Abbiamo scelto AVIORA perché volevamo scoprire la Cina in modo privato e confortevole, ma senza vivere un viaggio troppo costruito o impersonale. Fin dai primi contatti ci hanno fatto molte domande: che tipo di hotel preferivamo, quanto tempo volevamo dedicare alle visite, che tipo di cucina ci interessava e quanto spazio desideravamo avere per noi. Il risultato è stato molto più personale di un normale pacchetto turistico. Gli hotel erano eleganti, confortevoli e soprattutto ben posizionati. La macchina privata ci ha permesso di muoverci facilmente e la nostra guida ci ha fatto conoscere una Cina molto più interessante di quella che avremmo potuto scoprire da soli.

We contacted several companies before choosing AVIORA, and the difference was surprisingly obvious. Most of the other companies started by sending us a fixed itinerary. AVIORA started by asking questions. What kind of hotels do you normally choose? Do you prefer famous sights or local neighbourhoods? How much free time matters to you? What would make the trip uncomfortable? Those questions gave us confidence that they were actually designing something rather than simply selling a package. The finished trip was very well balanced. We stayed in upscale hotels in convenient parts of the cities, had private transportation throughout the organised days and had a guide who was both knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. The guide could discuss history for an hour, then suddenly take us to a local place for tea or food that wasn't on any tourist checklist. That combination is what made AVIORA worth choosing.

Lo primero que nos sorprendió de AVIORA fue la calidad de los hoteles. Esperábamos buenos hoteles, pero no pensábamos que la selección estuviera tan bien adaptada al recorrido. No solo eran hoteles de cinco estrellas; estaban elegidos por su ubicación, tranquilidad y comodidad. Después de un día caminando y visitando lugares, volver a una habitación silenciosa y cómoda hacía una gran diferencia. También nos gustó mucho viajar con coche y guía privados. No teníamos que esperar a otros viajeros ni seguir un horario que no fuera nuestro. En varias ocasiones nuestro guía nos llevó a restaurantes y zonas locales que nunca habríamos encontrado por nuestra cuenta. Eso hizo que la experiencia se sintiera mucho más personal.

Die Hotels haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ging nicht einfach darum, in jedem Ort ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel zu buchen. AVIORA hat darauf geachtet, wo die Hotels liegen, wie gut sie zur Route passen und wie komfortabel wir uns dort wirklich erholen können. Das war nach langen Sightseeing-Tagen sehr angenehm. Auch die private Betreuung war ein großer Vorteil. Wir mussten uns nicht um Taxis, Transfers oder Fahrpläne kümmern. Unser Guide war ausgesprochen kenntnisreich und gleichzeitig sehr angenehm im Umgang. Für mich war die Reise deshalb nicht nur hochwertig, sondern auch überraschend entspannt.

We knew a private luxury trip to China wouldn't be the cheapest option, and frankly, that wasn't what we were looking for. Our concern was whether the higher price would actually translate into a better experience. With AVIORA, the answer was largely yes. The value wasn't simply in the hotels, although the hotels were excellent. It was in all the friction we didn't have to deal with. We never had to figure out local transfers, negotiate taxis, work out the best time to leave or wonder what was happening next. Our guide and driver made the practical side of the trip almost invisible. At the same time, the trip never felt over-managed. We had quiet mornings, local meals, time for photography and opportunities to explore beyond the major sights. For us, that is what premium travel should mean: not unnecessary extravagance, but a better use of time.

Nuestro guía fue una de las razones por las que el viaje terminó siendo tan especial. Sabía muchísimo de historia, pero no parecía estar repitiendo un discurso preparado. Respondía a nuestras preguntas, contaba historias y nos explicaba cosas de la vida actual en China. También tenía un gran sentido del humor. AVIORA hizo algo muy importante: no convirtió el viaje en una carrera para visitar el mayor número posible de sitios. Tuvimos tiempo para desayunar tranquilos, descansar cuando era necesario y disfrutar de los hoteles. Para nosotros, ese es el verdadero significado de un viaje premium: ver mucho, pero sin volver a casa agotados.

Unser Guide war wahrscheinlich der Teil der Reise, der uns am meisten überrascht hat. Er konnte historische Ereignisse sehr detailliert erklären und gleichzeitig Bezüge zum heutigen China herstellen. Besonders angenehm war, dass er keinen Vortrag gehalten hat. Wir konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen und die Gespräche entwickelten sich oft spontan. AVIORA hatte außerdem einen sehr guten Blick für den Rhythmus. Wir mussten nicht jeden Morgen früh los und hatten genug Zeit für Frühstück und Pausen. Die Kombination aus inhaltlicher Tiefe und Komfort hat die Reise für uns sehr wertvoll gemacht.

Notre guide a fait une énorme différence. Il connaissait l'histoire chinoise en profondeur, mais il ne nous donnait jamais l'impression d'assister à un cours. Il racontait des anecdotes, faisait de l'humour et répondait à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de naturel. Nous avons aussi parlé de gastronomie, de traditions et de la vie quotidienne. Grâce à lui, les visites étaient beaucoup plus vivantes. AVIORA a compris que le rôle d'un excellent guide n'est pas seulement de donner des informations, mais d'aider les voyageurs à comprendre le pays.

La nostra guida è stata una delle sorprese più piacevoli del viaggio. Conosceva molto bene la storia cinese, ma soprattutto sapeva raccontarla in modo naturale. Non sembrava di ascoltare una lezione. Potevamo fare domande, parlare di cucina, di vita quotidiana e persino confrontare alcune abitudini tra Cina e Italia. Aveva anche un ottimo senso dell'umorismo. Grazie a lui, molte visite sono diventate conversazioni interessanti. AVIORA ha capito che una guida privata non dovrebbe semplicemente accompagnarti, ma aiutarti a capire davvero il luogo che stai visitando.
