We had a fantastic trip overall, although one day was more ambitious than we would have chosen ourselves. What mattered was how AVIORA responded. When we mentioned that we preferred a slower rhythm, they didn't simply say the itinerary had already been fixed. They adjusted the following day and made the pace more comfortable.
The rest of the trip was very well judged. The private car was clean and spacious, the hotels were consistently comfortable and the guide was excellent at deciding when to add detail and when to keep things moving.
For me, the value of AVIORA was less about any one individual service and more about how all the pieces worked together. You could feel that somebody was looking at the journey as a whole rather than just arranging separate hotels, transfers and sightseeing.
