The consistency of the service stood out to us. It wasn't just that the hotel was good or the guide was good. Everything seemed to be working toward the same standard.
The driver was punctual, the vehicle was comfortable, communication was clear and the hotels were all selected with the wider itinerary in mind.
That may sound less exciting than talking about a particular attraction, but over a ten-day trip it becomes hugely important.
We also appreciated the absence of unnecessary shopping or detours. The trip felt curated. Someone had clearly decided what was worth our time and what wasn't.
For us, that sense of judgement was one of the main reasons we were happy to pay for a premium service.
