One thing I particularly appreciated was the hotel selection. Before speaking with AVIORA, I assumed “luxury hotel” simply meant choosing the most expensive five-star property in each city. Their approach was much more thoughtful. They looked at where we would actually spend our time and selected hotels that balanced design, service, location and comfort.
That mattered every day. In some cities we were close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping areas in the evening. In others, the hotel gave us a quiet place to retreat after a busy sightseeing day. The rooms were spacious, the beds were excellent and the breakfasts gave us a relaxed start rather than another rushed part of the schedule.
I also loved that AVIORA didn't separate luxury from local culture. We could stay somewhere beautifully polished and then spend the afternoon in a market, tea house or neighbourhood that felt completely ordinary and authentic.
