The hotel locations were one of the smartest parts of the itinerary. We didn't realise how much difference this would make until we were actually in China.
Because many of the hotels were close to the areas we wanted to explore, we could finish the organised part of the day and simply walk out for dinner or an evening stroll.
The hotels themselves were excellent, but the location added another layer of value.
It meant less time in traffic and more time actually experiencing the city.
AVIORA also understood that after a busy sightseeing day, a comfortable hotel isn't a minor detail. A quiet room, a good bed and a decent breakfast can determine how enjoyable the next day feels.
That practical understanding of comfort impressed us.
