The overall trip was excellent, although one day was a little more ambitious than we would have preferred. What I liked was how AVIORA responded when we mentioned it.
There was no defensiveness and no insistence that we follow the original plan. The following day was adjusted and the pace felt much more comfortable.
Everything else was extremely well organised. The hotels were consistently high quality, the vehicle was comfortable and the guide knew when to give us more information and when to let us simply enjoy a place.
That flexibility was important to us. A true private journey should be able to respond to the people travelling, not just to the itinerary document.
AVIORA understood that distinction very well.
