What surprised me most about AVIORA was how much value came from things that don't show up in a brochure.
Our private vehicle meant we could leave when we were ready instead of waiting for other people. Our guide knew how to adjust the day when we were more interested in one place than another. The hotels were comfortable enough that we could properly recover after long days.
And then there were the smaller experiences: a local tea house, a neighbourhood walk, a restaurant we would never have found ourselves.
None of those things sound dramatic individually. Together, they created a trip that felt thoughtful rather than mass-produced.
That was the main reason I felt the premium price was justified.
