A more considered way to travel China.

We spent quite a while researching how to travel around China because we knew a first trip could easily become exhausting. We didn't want a large group, early starts every morning or the feeling of constantly moving from one attraction to another. AVIORA understood that immediately. They asked about our preferred pace, the type of hotels we liked, how much free time we wanted and even how much walking we were comfortable with. The final itinerary felt genuinely personal. The hotels were beautiful, with excellent locations and a level of comfort that made a noticeable difference after long sightseeing days. Having our own vehicle also meant we could stop when we wanted rather than following a rigid timetable. Queríamos hoteles de alto nivel, transporte privado, buenos restaurantes y, sobre todo, tiempo suficiente para disfrutar. Eso fue exactamente lo que recibimos. Los hoteles eran elegantes y muy cómodos, y en varias ciudades tenían una ubicación excelente para salir a cenar o caminar por nuestra cuenta. Durante el día teníamos guía y coche privado, pero nunca sentimos que todo estuviera cronometrado al minuto. Lo que más valoramos fue la combinación de lujo y autenticidad. AVIORA nos permitió disfrutar de una China muy local sin renunciar al confort.

Wir haben uns für AVIORA entschieden, weil wir China privat und komfortabel erleben wollten. Schon in der Planungsphase hatte ich das Gefühl, dass nicht einfach ein bestehendes Programm verkauft wurde. Man hat uns nach unserem Reisetempo, unseren Hotelvorlieben und unseren Prioritäten gefragt. Das Ergebnis war entsprechend persönlich. Die Hotels waren hochwertig, ruhig und sehr gut gelegen. Das private Fahrzeug machte längere Strecken deutlich angenehmer, und unser Guide war fachlich sehr stark, gleichzeitig aber locker und humorvoll. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Mischung aus bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten und lokalen Erlebnissen. Wir hatten nie das Gefühl, nur eine Liste abzuarbeiten.

Nous avons choisi AVIORA parce que nous voulions découvrir la Chine avec un certain niveau de confort, mais sans vivre une expérience entièrement standardisée. Dès les premiers échanges, ils nous ont demandé comment nous aimions voyager, quels hôtels nous appréciions, quel rythme nous convenait et ce que nous voulions éviter. Le résultat était très personnel. Les hôtels étaient élégants, confortables et surtout très bien situés. La voiture privée nous permettait de voyager sans stress, et notre guide apportait une vraie profondeur culturelle aux visites. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les expériences locales, qui donnaient au voyage une dimension beaucoup plus authentique.

We contacted several companies before choosing AVIORA, and the difference was surprisingly obvious. Most of the other companies started by sending us a fixed itinerary. AVIORA started by asking questions. What kind of hotels do you normally choose? Do you prefer famous sights or local neighbourhoods? How much free time matters to you? What would make the trip uncomfortable? Those questions gave us confidence that they were actually designing something rather than simply selling a package. The finished trip was very well balanced. We stayed in upscale hotels in convenient parts of the cities, had private transportation throughout the organised days and had a guide who was both knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. The guide could discuss history for an hour, then suddenly take us to a local place for tea or food that wasn't on any tourist checklist. That combination is what made AVIORA worth choosing.

Die Hotels haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ging nicht einfach darum, in jedem Ort ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel zu buchen. AVIORA hat darauf geachtet, wo die Hotels liegen, wie gut sie zur Route passen und wie komfortabel wir uns dort wirklich erholen können. Das war nach langen Sightseeing-Tagen sehr angenehm. Auch die private Betreuung war ein großer Vorteil. Wir mussten uns nicht um Taxis, Transfers oder Fahrpläne kümmern. Unser Guide war ausgesprochen kenntnisreich und gleichzeitig sehr angenehm im Umgang. Für mich war die Reise deshalb nicht nur hochwertig, sondern auch überraschend entspannt.

We knew a private luxury trip to China wouldn't be the cheapest option, and frankly, that wasn't what we were looking for. Our concern was whether the higher price would actually translate into a better experience. With AVIORA, the answer was largely yes. The value wasn't simply in the hotels, although the hotels were excellent. It was in all the friction we didn't have to deal with. We never had to figure out local transfers, negotiate taxis, work out the best time to leave or wonder what was happening next. Our guide and driver made the practical side of the trip almost invisible. At the same time, the trip never felt over-managed. We had quiet mornings, local meals, time for photography and opportunities to explore beyond the major sights. For us, that is what premium travel should mean: not unnecessary extravagance, but a better use of time.

Nos gustó mucho que AVIORA entendiera que lujo no significa únicamente hoteles caros. Para nosotros, lujo fue tener un coche privado, no perder tiempo con transportes complicados, dormir en hoteles excelentes y poder cambiar pequeños detalles del día si queríamos. También fue importante la parte auténtica. Visitamos mercados locales, probamos comida regional y pasamos tiempo en barrios donde la vida cotidiana seguía su curso normal. Ese equilibrio fue perfecto. Durante el día sentíamos que estábamos descubriendo China de verdad y por la noche teníamos el confort de un hotel de alto nivel. Eso fue exactamente lo que buscábamos.

Für uns bedeutete Luxus vor allem weniger Stress. Das private Fahrzeug war jederzeit verfügbar, die Hotels waren sehr komfortabel und die Transfers waren gut organisiert. Wir mussten nicht ständig überlegen, wie wir von A nach B kommen. Gleichzeitig wollte AVIORA offensichtlich nicht jeden Moment verplanen. Es gab freie Zeit und Möglichkeiten, selbst durch die Umgebung zu gehen. Diese Kombination aus professioneller Organisation und persönlicher Freiheit hat uns besonders überzeugt. Wir hatten nie das Gefühl, dass wir für unsere Privatsphäre auf authentische Erfahrungen verzichten mussten.

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié chez AVIORA, c'est la liberté. Nous avions notre voiture, notre guide et notre programme, mais nous n'avions jamais l'impression d'être prisonniers d'un emploi du temps. Si nous voulions rester plus longtemps quelque part, c'était possible. Si nous avions besoin d'une pause, le rythme pouvait être adapté. Cette flexibilité est particulièrement appréciable dans un voyage aussi long. Les hôtels de qualité et le confort des transports complétaient parfaitement cette sensation de liberté.

Viajamos en familia y teníamos necesidades muy diferentes. Algunos querían caminar mucho, otros preferían descansar más. AVIORA consiguió que el programa funcionara para todos. El coche privado fue especialmente útil. Podíamos sentarnos cómodamente entre visitas y no teníamos que preocuparnos por taxis o transporte público. Los hoteles también fueron excelentes. Nos gustó mucho que estuvieran bien ubicados, porque por la noche podíamos salir a cenar o pasear sin tener que organizar otro traslado. Nuestro guía además fue muy atento y divertido. Nunca sentimos que el ritmo del viaje estuviera pensado para otra persona.

Ein Reisetag war etwas voller, als wir persönlich bevorzugen würden. Positiv war jedoch, dass AVIORA unsere Rückmeldung sofort aufgenommen hat. Die nächsten Tage waren entspannter geplant, ohne dass wir wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten verpasst hätten. Die Hotels waren durchgehend auf einem hohen Niveau, und das private Fahrzeug war vor allem bei längeren Strecken sehr angenehm. Ich fand beeindruckend, dass das Team nicht an einem einmal festgelegten Programm festgehalten hat, nur weil es so auf dem Papier stand.
